AboutHow it worksFAQGuidelinesPrivacyTerms
The short version

Be 13 or older to use the site (18 or older for creator messaging), be decent to other people, only post things you have the right to post, and we can remove content or close accounts that break these rules. Using Fresh Friday Festival means you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Accepting these terms

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Fresh Friday Festival (run by FFF Staff). By using the site, signing in, submitting a video, or messaging another creator, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who can use it

You can browse the public showcase at any age. To create an account or sign in (for example, to vote) you must be at least 13 years old. To submit a video or use creator messaging you must be at least 18 years old. Some countries set a higher minimum age for online services, so you may only use the site if you meet the age requirements where you live. The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Your account

You sign in with Google. Keep your account secure, use it only for yourself, and do not share it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may decline, suspend, or remove an account at our discretion, particularly to keep people safe.

Acceptable use

To keep the festival welcoming, you agree not to:

Creator messaging

Messaging is for claimed creators who are 18 or older and who have turned it on in their profile. It is off by default. Be respectful: the acceptable-use rules above apply to messages too. You can block any creator and report any message; reported messages may be reviewed by our staff so we can act on them, and we may suspend messaging or close accounts for misuse. Do not use messaging to contact anyone under 18.

Your content

You keep ownership of the videos, profile details, and messages you provide. By submitting a video, you confirm you have the rights to it and you grant Fresh Friday Festival a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, show, and promote it as part of the festival and its archive (including its title, thumbnail, and your artist name). You are responsible for your content, and you can ask us to remove your submissions or delete your account at any time.

Reporting and moderation

If you see something that breaks these terms, report it in the app or email hello@freshfridayfestival.com. We may review reported content, remove anything that breaks these terms, and suspend or close accounts, with or without notice, especially where safety is involved. We are not obliged to monitor everything, but we act on what we find or what is reported.

Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or to protect the festival or its members. You can close your own account at any time from your profile; this anonymises your account as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is"

We work hard to run a good festival, but the site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause, or stop features at any time, and we do not guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fresh Friday Festival and FFF Staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, for content posted by users, or for the conduct of other users. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to cover Fresh Friday Festival and FFF Staff for claims, losses, and costs that arise from your breach of these terms or from content you post.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the place where the festival is operated, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of that place, except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

Changes

We may update these terms as the festival grows. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
